Central Vic’s a patchwork of different soils and microclimates — perfect for trying different varieties. We keep it local, experiment, listen to what the fruit’s doing, and let the vintage steer the style.

We make small batches from around Central Victoria, hands-on in the vineyard and winery. The line-up shifts with vintage, but the aim doesn’t: balanced, easy-drinking wine you’ll want another glass of. No tasting-note essays — we’d rather tell you the story behind the wine (with the occasional working-dog cameo).

We work with both cooler and warmer sites, make small batches, and try to keep the whole thing grounded — in the vineyard, in the winery, and in the glass. The dogs help mainly with morale, supervision, and looking important in photos.
